Rahi was born and raised in Tehran, Iran, with a lifelong passion for creativity and design. From breaking his toys to build new ones as a child to carrying a camera wherever he goes, he has always expressed himself through craft and reimagining the world around him.

He attended the School of Visual Arts in Tehran, a four-year high school dedicated to the visual arts, where he studied under some of Iran’s most renowned graphic artists and designers. He later pursued Industrial Design, deepening his understanding of how creativity and engineering intersect.

Rahi began leading an advertising agency while still in high school, a role he maintained for over a decade — funding his education, supporting his family, and expanding his creative expertise into interior and exhibition design. In 2012, with sanctions limiting business opportunities in Iran, Rahi moved to New York to rebuild his career from the ground up. He earned his Master’s in Exhibition and Experience Design from the F.I.T. Fashion Institute of Technology and went on to collaborate with leading fashion and beauty brands — from Bobbi Brown and La Mer at the Estée Lauder Companies to directing Visual Merchandising and Store Design across multiple brands within Shiseido Americas during the transformative years of 2020–2022.

Today, Rahi’s design work can be found in major retailers around the world, including Ulta Beauty, Bloomingdale’s, Nordstrom, Sephora, Selfridges, Le Bon Marché, and IFC Shanghai. His work continues to explore how design shapes emotion, storytelling, and human connection.
